Valassis Continues Local Market Expansion with Atlanta Area Acquisition

SuperCoups Atlanta Joins Valassis as Part of Local Solutions Strategy

LIVONIA, Mich., August 4, 2016: Valassis, a leader in intelligent media delivery, announced today the acquisition of SuperCoups of Atlanta, an independently-owned mailer operating within the SuperCoups franchise system. Valassis is the franchisor and owner of the SuperCoups brand. In the Atlanta market, SuperCoups reaches nearly 200,000 households six times per year.

The company accelerated its expansion into the local market with the acquisition of Clipper Magazine in late 2015. The focus remains on growing a local footprint to continue strengthening its intelligent media delivery across the country.
