LIVONIA, Mich., April 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Valassis (NYSE: VCI) today announced financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. First-quarter 2013 revenues were $482.5 million, a decrease of 7.0% from $518.6 million in the prior year quarter.
