    ECHO is our unique initiative, inclusive of all associates, that drives success and inspires cultural change. We form Business Resource Groups, such as Valassis Women's Network and Millennial Link, devoted to bringing together unique individuals with a shared desire to develop professionally and personally and drive Valassis' business. We also implement educational programs and create awareness to cascade throughout the company as a catalyst for change. All locations have regular ECHO meetings including relevant educational presentations, ideas for improvement, guest speakers, Valassis business speakers and more.

    VWNlogo

    Since 1998, our percentage of female associates has increased 30% as we continually strive to accurately reflect the diversity we value.  It's our goal to achieve and sustain 38% female diversity among positions from Director to SVP by 2016. 

    One of the ways we do that is through the Valassis Women's Network (VWN), launched in July 2012. The VWN quickly secured over 130 members representing all levels and functions within the organization and works to challenge and empower its members to take initiative and to build valuable programs within Valassis.

    This is a BRG for and about Millennials. Whether you're leading Millennials to optimize their success, or establishing yourself as a standout Millennial among your peers-both in the office and in your community-Millennial Link serves as the premier Valassis connection for "Generation Y" insight and achievement.

    From career development to community involvement to being a part of a network of your peers, Millennial Link aims to become the resource and voice, both for and of our generation, right here at Valassis.
