


401(k) Savings Plan: Our 401(k) Savings Plan is another way we help our employees build their future.
Profit-sharing: Depending on our performance in a given
year, employees can receive anywhere from 3% - 8% of their annual base pay from
the company in the form of a profit sharing contribution to their retirement plan.
Flex Benefits: We offer flexible or "cafeteria-style" benefits, including life, medical, prescription, AD&D, long term care, flexible spending, short and long term disability,
dental and vision which allows each employee to design a plan to meet his or her individual needs.
Part-time Benefits: We offer a benefits package to our eligible part-time employees, which offers life insurance, medical and prescription coverage, dental, AD&D, dependent care reimbursement and paid vacation time.
Paternity Paid Time Off: New fathers receive five days of paid time off upon the birth of a child.
Adoption Time Off: Employees receive two weeks of paid time off for the adoption of each child up to 18 years of age.
